​TRAINING 4 IMPACT for Instructors includes a full day train-the-trainer workshop covering adult learning styles, designing measurable learning outcomes, Bloom’s taxonomy for learner engagement, and effective presentation skills.  Participation in Disability 4 Impact awareness training is required. Toolkit resources include comprehensive training plan and peer and self-assessments. Virtual meetings are held before and after each student workshop session. Image Impact’s education team developed, piloted, and refined the curriculum for Mentoring 4 Impact for diverse student audiences.
