What we Do


CareerReady! was developed in partnership with the City University of New York (CUNY) Office of Accessibility Services and CUNY LEADS (Linking Employment, Academics, and Disability Services). CareerReady! is a one-semester online career readiness and mentoring certificate program that empowers college students with disabilities to confidently:   
  • Assess Skills and Set Goals
  • Develop a Powerful Resume 
  • Self-Advocate 
  • Project a Professional Image 
  • Discover Internship Opportunities
  • Interview with Poise and Self-Assurance
  • Network with Purpose
