Prashant Arora, VP Operations and Technology (O&T)

Prashant Arora is a Vice President at BNY Mellon, responsible for product design solutions for the Alternatives team. He has an MBA degree from Cornell University, an undergraduate degree in engineering, and varied business experiences. Prashant has developed client expertise in the areas of problem identification, analysis of complex business issues and collaborative solutions. With over fifteen years of expertise in the financial end of business with an emphasis on business solutions, as well as strong background in Information Technology, he has developed a vast repertoire of the skills needed to find solutions, prompt business growth and enable a team to seek unique solutions to today’s challenges.

Sabine Charles, Audit Chair

Sabine Charles is currently the Chief Internal Auditor at the Touro College & University System. She also is CEO and Founder of Charles Financial Strategies LLC, which is a certified Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned business. The firm was founded in 2011 on the principles for developing and delivering high-quality assurance services, risk management assessments and corporate training programs. Through TAPA Institute (Transformational Audit Practitioner Apprenticeship) a division of Charles Financial Strategies LLC, Sabine teaches professionals how to learn to pass certification exams.   

​Sabine received a Doctor of Business Administration, from Touro University Worldwide, MS degree in Accounting and a BA degree in Accounting and Economics, from CUNY - Queens College and a BA degree in French and Spanish, from CUNY-Baruch College.  

Sabine’s proudest achievement is her family - spouse, John - a successful banker and farmer, daughter, Victoria - her biggest advocate and son, Alexander - who is on his way to becoming a professional soccer player and lawyer.  Sabine is an avid meditator and enjoys inspirational reading, fitness, and travel.

Mohit Gupta, VP Governance

Mohit is a servant design leader who is an avid advocate of problem-solving by uncovering user insights. He is a published author and accomplished speaker who has 11 years of experience in digital design, user research and strategy across the globe. He is currently working as UX Manager with CDK Global — a data and technology provider to the automotive, heavy truck, recreation, and heavy equipment industries. 
He was selected as a finalist for Amplify Product 50 leaders for 2022 & won the Best Regional Tech Manager Award at the Timmy Awards in 2021. An advisory council board member at Harvard Business Review, he holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and masters in Industrial Design with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

Pam Judd, President

Pam Judd is the founder of IMPACTability, a volunteer-led nonprofit whose mission is to fight for equal access to employment opportunities for college students with disabilities. Pam is a volunteer instructor and mentor for CareerReady! its intergenerational career readiness and mentoring certificate program, which supports City University of New York (CUNY) college students with disabilities at eight campuses. As a former Disability Employment Manager at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2, Pam spearheaded a Disability Champions pilot for managers and staff. She developed and conducted intergenerational training for national and regional staff as a Diversity Program Manager for Older Workers. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a Diversity chair for Federally Employed Women, chairing Women in Science and Engineering, and facilitating Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® retreats. Pam's past board service includes Toastmasters International. A proud first-generation college graduate, she earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. While in her fifties, she pursued her second act dreams to earn a Master of Arts degree in Disability Studies from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and start a nonprofit for the greater social good.

Nicole Ramirez, VP MARKETING & ​Communications

Nicole Ramirez is Chief Operating Officer at the Disaster Response Fund, where she leads operations, partner outreach, and communications to help first responders access critical resources and accelerate disaster relief for communities affected by natural disasters. With over eight years in the nonprofit sector, she has supported education, youth development, disability inclusion, and community development initiatives with organizations across the U.S. and Latin America.

Nicole’s passion for disability inclusion began in college volunteering as a Special Olympics coach, inspiring her lifelong commitment to accessible programming and community engagement. Her expertise includes strategic consulting for nonprofits and small businesses in marketing, grant research and writing, and leading digital campaigns to build brands and engage diverse audiences. Internationally, she has collaborated with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic to lead youth and workforce development programs, as well as cross-cultural exchange initiatives for underserved youth and young adults.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Potsdam, has completed graduate-level training in Nonprofit Administration, and holds an advanced certificate in Nonprofit Marketing and Strategic Communications from Arizona State University. Nicole is dedicated to inclusive outreach and social impact, and enjoys the beach, playing volleyball, and camping with her family.

​Charnette Lewis, Treasurer

Charnette Lewis is the author of Time Out 4 Me, an inspirational book on how to keep yourself on track and develop yourself, spiritually, professionally, financially and mentally. She has also developed the audio CD, Hurdling Life’s Obstacles. Ms. Lewis was employed by New York Life Insurance Company, where she worked for 25 years as an Accounting Analyst.  She attained a B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University. Ms. Lewis has also served on the Board of Doors of Hope, where she provides accounting expertise.  Ms. Lewis has been a member of the Minority Interchange for over 15 years. Throughout her membership, she has participated in uplifting and motivating Career Conferences to enhance personal and professional career development.
​
As a Minority Interchange New York Chapter Representative, Charnette works diligently for the organization and continues to grow as a public speaker and mentor. Ms. Lewis is a long-standing and active member of Toastmasters International, where she has chaired district conferences and organized Youth Leadership programs to help teens to develop their speaking and leadership skills.  Ms. Lewis takes time out of her schedule to be a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NY.  It is a rewarding and fulfilling experience where you can help to develop and mold future leaders.

Madison McNally, Secretary

​Madison McNally is a Principal, Relationship Manager in the Asset Servicing division of BNY Mellon based in New York City. In her current role, Madison is responsible for supporting global strategic relationships with the Bank’s largest and most complex Investment Management clients.

Madison started with BNY Mellon in 2018 in the Asset Servicing COO office and then moved into the Alternatives Investment Services Division, within Asset Servicing, as an Analyst in 2019. Her expertise in the Alternatives space presented the opportunity to take on the Global Alternatives Finance and Business Manager role in 2020, for both the Relationship Management and Product Development teams, supporting the Alternatives Business Heads. Her focus on implementing and driving the execution of the Alternatives Strategy and passion for excellence led her to join the Investment Management relationship team in 2022.
​
Madison is also the North America Regional Lead and Operating Committee member of GENEDGE, one of BNY Mellon’s E/BRGs, where she leads a team of 40+ Site Ambassadors. She also volunteers for the non-for-profit Impactability (formerly Image Impact) where she volunteers as a mentor for college students with disabilities and sits on the Board of Directors as Secretary.

Madison is a graduate of Bryant University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

KENNETH CHIJIOKE ONUH, VICE PRESIDENT DEVELOPMENT

Kenneth Chijioke Onuh is a dedicated public health professional with a strong commitment to advocacy, community development, and safety. Kenneth’s background includes diverse experience across the public health, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. Before traveling to pursue his advanced degree, Kenneth worked as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Unikem Industries and as a Direct Sales Executive at United Bank for Africa. He additionally completed a year-long health and safety internship at the Nigerian Ports Authority, Lagos Port Complex. 

Kenneth gained further experience through a public health internship with the Office of Firearm Injury Prevention at the Connecticut Department of Public Health. As a Peer Educator at the Myatt Center for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of New Haven, he was actively involved in promoting inclusive student engagement. He also volunteered with Women for Women, supporting programs that empower marginalized women in post-conflict settings. Kenneth is a co-author of several scientific publications. He has earned professional certifications in Health Administration, Connecticut Public Health Advocacy, Health Safety (United Nations Safety and Security), Domestic Violence: Intervention & Investigation, R Essential Training: Wrangling & Visualizing Data, and SPSS Statistics. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of New Haven, a certification in Epidemiology, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Microbiology and Brewing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.

Marisol Rosero, VP Human Resources

Dr. Marisol Rosero is an initiative-taking, purposeful professional with over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. She is enthusiastic about learning, leadership, traveling and service to others. She is also an Army Veteran who was responsible for a myriad of HR tasks and functions and lead countless projects to fruition in her over 25 years of military service. She spearheaded the enactment of the first Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (JRSOI) while serving in Army North in support of Homeland Security during Hurricanes Rita, Katrina, and Wilma. She has also traveled to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean. As a first-generation immigrant and military service, Dr. Rosero understands the cultural and financial challenges of pursuing a higher education, living and serving abroad, and working in a diverse environment. She has a Doctorate degree in Management with a concentration in Global Leadership. She is also certified Green Belt from the Army Lean Six Sigma program and volunteers with Austin Parks Foundation, League of Women Voters, National Council of Negro Women,Top Ladies of Distinction, and Texas Renaissance Faire.

Susie Schainost, VP Education

Susie Schainost has over 30 years of experience in the art of teaching students at all levels, from pre-school to graduate school. A leader in Non-profit organizations, she oversees IMPACTability’s Training 4 Impact and Disability 4 Impact programs. She is well-versed in Bloom’s Taxonomy, hands-on learning, Montessori and independent education philosophies and approaches.  Ms. Schainost’s specialty is helping talented minds who learn differently (many through the lens of Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Tourette’s syndrome, ADDs, OCDs, and invisible impairment). Ms. Schainost has taught middle school students in urban districts.  As the founding head of the Independent School, she served as a middle school principal and teacher for 18 years. As a university professor of education and literature for over 10 years, Ms. Schainost has addressed conference audiences at Kansas State University, University of Nebraska, University of Oklahoma, Wichita State University, and Pace University, as well as national and international organizations. Ms. Schainost earned post-secondary degrees from the University of Nebraska (Elementary Education and English), Wichita State University (Educational Administration and Leadership) and CUNY (Disability Studies).

Craig Weitzel, Audit

Craig Weitzel is a bank examiner whose duties include evaluating management, internal controls and audit. He has experience managing operational risk in the wholesale mortgage sector. Mr. Weitzel spent thirteen years in active and reserve status in the United States Army and was assigned to a Federal law enforcement task force for several years. Mr. Weitzel is a Certified Fraud Examiner with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. He has been an active volunteer for Lekotek of Georgia, a Non-profit for children with disabilities since 2003. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife of 23 years and three children.  He enjoys cooking and the outdoors.
