Congratulations to CareerReady! Fall 2024 Graduates

We applaud our CareerReady! Fall 2024 graduating class! On Tuesday, November 19, CareerReady! Program Coordinator Elaine Rogers led our Fall commencement ceremony. She saluted graduates and their families, praising their contributions and accomplishments along their CareerReady! journey.
“Congratulations! We are proud that you moved out of your comfort zones! Your reward is being ready, being informed and being prepared to be competitive in the job interview and hiring process,” Elaine Rogers and CareerReady! Vice President of Education Susie Schainost said in their remarks to graduates. “You learned transferable skills, you practiced elevator pitch introductions, and you displayed interview skills with courage.”
We are proud to add the following students to our CareerReady! alumni roster: AR and BG from Guttman Community College, ER from Baruch College, DW from Brooklyn College and GS from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and DG from Wentworth College in Boston!
We are salute our CareerReady! Mentors: Prashant, Charnette, Lisa, Louise, Elaine, and Susie for their hard work, dedication and willingness to guide others on their chosen career paths.

What is IMPACTability’s CareerReady! program?
CareerReady! is a free, 10-session online certificate program in partnership with CUNY LEADS providing skills, tools, and resources to succeed in achieving career goals and job searches. Students are able to meet with an experienced Mentor team.
Online weekly courses include:
